This 3FT size is prefferable to the 10 FT size for transfering files. Less tangling and the price is MUCH cheaper.
The 10 FT model might be preferrable for gaming across the room, but gaming across the table with a 3FT cable is more fun.You can also use a parallel port cable connection for gaming so this consideration shouldn't be given much emphasis if you already have a parallel cable. If you do need to network over a longer distance in a working group, you likely will be using a hub so this is not the cable for that. Use a cat5 instead. | .jpg)
