Recommended for a portable mouse |
I bought this mouse because I didn't want a wireless mouse that had a receiver hanging from a rat's tail connected to the USB plug. The receiver for this mouse is just the plug - looks a lot like a USB memory key if you have one of those.
It has very good battery life - especially when you use the on/off switch, which all wireless meeces should have - and it has taken a good bit of punishment from me throwing it in bags and taking it all over and dropping it countless times.
My only problem initially was that I found it small compared with other mice I use, and my hand didn't like it, but I have since become used to it. |

A great mouse for the mobile trooper! |
| Initially, I was using a standard Logitech wired optical USB mouse for my HP Compaq Notebook. It worked well enough, but lugging a corded mouse to all my classes, along with multiple textbooks, other computer accessories, and other sundry items was beyond maddening. Then I got the Logitech Cordless Optical Mouse for Notebooks. The shape, though not as good as Logitech's MX510 wired mouse, is excellent, as wireless notebook mice go. I'm not a big fan of those miniscule optical wireless mice not much larger than a real, squealing mouse. They give me hand cramps like you wouldn't believe. Anyway, this mouse is an excellent choice, and the only fault that I can find with it is remembering to switch off the mouse after I use it, but I'm beginning to get used to it, lest I give the battery industry that much more revenue. |

Reliable and Accurate |
| Very easy to set up (about 5 minutes). Average size, and works great! Accurate and consistantly reliable. Great buy for the price. |
