Cordless Mouse a Hit

This is a great tool for all of us who have too many cords on our desk top. If I were to make one change, I would make it easier to us with a notebook, that way, I'd own two!

well i think is a good mouse for regular office work responsive and never runs out o f batteries , excelent features and plenty of buttons for all kin of commands recomended to all.

Great hardware, terrible software!

The laser never misses its track.
It's accurate and it's so comfortable in my hand.
Having all kinds of buttons in the right place gave me happiness to use my computer for the first few days.

BUT!!! the software sucks!
At first sight, it was easy to install and so intuitive to use.
But after using it for more than a couple of weeks without rebooting my computer, it started malfunctioning.
The application switch button sometimes shows me a blank window, the cruise control buttons sometimes keep cruising until it hits the top or the bottom of the document, something like that.
I downloaded the latest software from logitech homepage and installed it, and the second problem happens a lot less, but does still happen.

Without utilizing those buttons, it's not that enjoyable to use this mouse because I have to lift it up so high to move around(laser detects longer distance) and it's very heavy at my finger tip.

FYI, I'm using Windows 2000 Professional.
