Ease of use and clarity with a Blackberry are good.
Comfort is what gives this item a 4. For my ear, the speaker seemed a little large, but adjusting the ear loop aids in comfort.
There does seem to be a bit of an issue with the mute and reconnect function. Doesn't always redial the last number on pressing the control button.

Works pretty well with the Treo 650

I think this headset works well. There are times in the car that the volume could be a bit louder, but there are times when it is too loud (strange).

My only real complaint is there is static sometimes (that only I can here), but from what I have read, this is a function of the weak bluetooth signal from the Treo rather than the headset itself. Oddly enough, it isn't consistant.

Great cheap handsfree set

I have a sony T16 and wanted to check a decent but moderately priced hands free set. Didn't feel like buying a unit priced higher than my phone :). The decision to buy this unit was helped by various reviews here on amazon and other forums and after using it for about 2 months, I like this unit. There is some distortion when I use the unit and people on the other end have complained about similar interference too. I have noticed that when walking outdoors on a moderately windy day causes some distortion - the built in software to reduce wind sound doesn't work as well. Indoors I have had good luck with the headset. Somedays It works between three walls across 15 feet and sometimes it doesn't. There is a slight delay between the phone ring and the headset but that is quite acceptable. The headset can be used on both ears which is a big plus and the packaged charger charges the unit quite fast. I just hate the blue led that is quite distracting to most other people in the room.
